Regan Lee-Kin has been a psychotherapist at the Growth Opportunity Center for over 12 years. In addition, she has performed various administrative and therapeutic services for various agencies, community mental health centers, and area colleges for over 20 years. Receiving her doctoral degree in 2012 from Chestnut Hill College, Dr. Lee-Kin has earned specializations in psychological trauma (at the Master’s level) and marriage and family counseling (at the doctoral level) and attained post-graduate additional training in EMDR, which she uses as her main approach to trauma healing and recovery. Having particular interests in the mind-body connection, she has also attained additional education, training, and autodidactic learning in the areas of kinesiology, holistic health, and most significantly, mindfulness and Buddhist psychology, which she utilizes in her daily practice as well as her personal life. As such, she believes that a person’s strengths and challenges are best understood in the context of the whole being and aims to compassionately partner with individuals to support them in making the changes they need to heal, grow, and thrive.
