I am a licensed Psychologist and Certified Addictions Counselor. I have been working with adults and adolescents for the past 24 years. I am trained in EMDR (a treatment originally developed for traumatic experiences), hypnosis, sand tray therapy, and family therapy. My approach to therapy is primarily relational. I work to create a safe environment of collaboration with clients to work toward eliminating obstacles to achieving their goals. I promote healing and change by providing an opportunity to explore patterns that have helped to maintain problems in their lives, allowing the learning of new ways of relating and coping.
