I am a licensed psychologist and family therapist . I work with children, teens and adults to promote effective solutions for whatever issues they face. It has been my pleasure to have practiced at GOC for over 24 years.

My approach is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidenced based approach to problems in living. If you would like to have a more valued and vital life, have issues or problems you struggle with, and would like to reduce struggling and increase valued living, than ACT is for you! I collaborate with my clients to promote psychological flexibility which works nicely to help them get where they want to go. I utilize the ACT Matrix to collaborate with clients in discovering how to move toward who and what is important to them.

I was privileged to author the chapter on “Promoting Psychological Flexibility in Education” in the ACT Matrix book published by New Harbinger in March 2013.

I am also a school psychologist and am well versed in psychological assessment, consultation, and intervention in educational settings with students in need. I specialize in behavioral consultation, adolescent adjustment, program development and nonviolent crisis intervention and training. I currently train interested professional and educational staff in the ACT Matrix approach and in 2016 was named school psychologist of the year by the New Jersey Association of School Psychologists.

I have presented the ACT Matrix at international conferences and professional workshops, I am available for counseling by appointment, presentations, professional development training and workshops.

I can be reached at 215-947-8654 x270
